Abu Rida: League matches will be played on the six African Nations stadiums
Egyptian Football Federation (HFA) president Hany Abou Reda has ruled that the Egyptian Premier League matches will be played mostly on the African Cup of Nations stadiums.
"We will focus on establishing the league matches in the six main stadiums of the African Nations Cup," Hani Abu Rida said in remarks to Time Sport.
The African Nations Cup matches are held on six stadiums (Cairo Stadium, New Suez Stadium, Ismailia Stadium, Alexandria Stadium, Peace Stadium and Air Defense Stadium).
Burj Al Arab, Port Said, the War College, the Arab Contractors, Petrosport and other venues that regularly host the matches have emerged from the African Nations map.
"Even the stadiums that the teams are training in are fully prepared and ready, we have managed to provide 24 training grounds for each team, apart from the six main stadiums," Abu Reda added.
Abu Rida concluded his remarks by saying: "The main stadiums of the African Nations Championship have developed in a great civilized way, as are the training grounds, such as the railway stadium, which is characterized by a state-of-the-art dressing room."
